Pennseythen Gernewek 25 is a 3 day event running from Friday 28th March through until Sunday 30th March. The day time activities will be held at Lys Kernow/New County Hall, Truro. Friday evening activities will be held at The County Arms, Truro and Saturday evening events will be held at The Royal Cornwall Museum, Truro.
For many Cornish speakers this is the high point amongst language events organised through the year and there is a long tradition of Language Weekends.
The aim of the Language Weekend is to give Cornish speakers and learners a chance to practise speaking, listening and writing the language in an enjoyable way and in a friendly, stress-free and relaxed environment.
The intensive course is suitable for complete beginners, or those with very little experience of Kernewek.
This ticket covers admission to the intensive course sessions held all day on Friday and Saturday along with admission to all evening activities and daytime sessions on the Sunday. The ticket includes a light lunch each day along with tea and coffee throughout the weekend.
Ticket prices are as follows – £65 full price, £55 members price, £40 low income price.
