The aim of this booklet, Grammar and Exercises for the Cornish Language Board’s 1st Grade Examination, is to explain the grammar that students sitting Kesva an Taves Kernewek’s first grade examination are required to know, and to offer exercises that will enable that grammar to be practised. It is intended primarily as a revision aid.
Each section explains one of the grammar points required and follows it immediately with an exercise. There are model answers at the back of the booklet. The grammar presented can be examined further in A Grammar of Modern Cornish.
