For nine years we had a static shop, Kowsva, in Heartlands, Resrudh, which was a great success. Unfortunately, the closure of Heartlands meant a dramatic decline in our footfall and in September 2024 we took the sad decision to close our doors.
However, that change let us really investigate how to bring Cornish to a wider community. Since then, we have developed Pop-up Kowsva, the experience of our cosy community shop travelling across Kernow.
Instead of you coming to Kowsva, Kowsva comes to you!

We’ll be representing the Cornish language at the much-loved Trevithick Day in Kammbronn.

We’ll be in Hellys to show off the Cornish language at the beautiful Flora, or Furry, Day.

We’ll be there as part of the Golowan Festival in Pennsans, with a stall at the Quay Fair.
Got an event for us? We’d love to bring our Cornish language stall to you. We can attend indoors and outdoors events and are happy to travel throughout Kernow, all year round. If you’d like to invite us, please get in touch.
