We love working with our community, including our volunteers, other organisations and the public. Here are some of the ways you can get involved.

Volunteering

Kowethas an Yeth are looking for splann volunteers!

We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation that relies on volunteers to fill various roles that keep our work going.

We are recruiting volunteers for the following tasks:

• Running our Pop-Up Kowsva stalls at events, including setting up and taking down the tent (if outdoors) and displays, talking to the public (bilingually if possible), selling books and recording sales
• Writing content for An Gannas (articles in Cornish) or Dalleth (mini-lessons, activities and resources for beginners)
• Joining the Konsel to participate actively in our decision-making and operations, including potentially taking on officer roles
• Joining one of subcommittees (no need to be on our Konsel), such as Publications, Media and Marketing, etc.
• Helping us identify and apply for funding opportunities
• Contributing new ideas for promoting Kernewek
